Exercise classes @ UPSC

Encouraging mobility for life, these exercise classes are a gentle way to a fitter life style using stretch and exercise.

Classes run on Mondays 6.15-7.00pm, Thursdays 9.30-10.30am, Saturdays 10.00-11.00am.

We aim to:

  • Improve balance
  • Improve muscle strength
  • Maintain bone strength
  • Control weight
  • Mobilise joints and improve flexibility
  • Increase energy
  • Increase breathing capacity
